It looks like EIDSYs European arch rival Infogrames from France has snapped up the Sheffield based Gremlin Group.
I don't see Gremlin as a No. 1 games developer (the only product I know from Gremlin was the rather successful 3D adventure "Normality" a few years ago, since then I heard nothing from this company). However, if you look at the chart the 120 pence cash offer is in fact a take under compared to the stock quote a few weeks ago.
Gremlin was valued at 22.9 mill. GBP cash; is everyone sure that EIDSY is worth around 400 mill. GBP given it's current valuation?

AJ-

EIDSY, MSFT, & Infogrames were all interested in Gremlin. Gremlin seemed a little top heavy expense wise; so maybe EIDSY will look elsewhere.

Infogrames had 140 million US$ for buying companies; so they still have 100 million. I look for them to do something in the U.S. They have a team to do the DD on companies and their assets.

BTW Short interest for mid-march on EIDSY was 311,735 an 178.9% increase in Feb.'s 111,756 figure.
