Yes, I agree. I think too much is being made of the accounting complexities IFCI has to contend with as a natural consequence, at this stage, of its growth strategy. It is empty speculation to suppose it must mean they are hiding something. Yes, the street is holding back because it dislikes uncertainty. But for that very reason IFCI is a bargain for those with a longer time frame than the window-dressing money managers focused on the next quarterly report's bottom line, and for those diligent enough to investigate the real story. Sure, there is the inevitable uncertainty with a small company like this. You can always by GM or Coke. Or go to the casino with ebay or Yahoo. I would like to see those quick to see a conspiracy in the quarterly numbers come up with a hard fact to substantiate it.

Band Leader,

I'm new to following the company, and have yet to develop a level of trust of management. If this was a company that I've been following for a long time and whose management statements I'd come to fully believe, then I'd give them more leeway I suppose.

You're right though. I shouldn't be concerned about a penny or two at this stage of the game, and I'm not. I'm trying to feel out management statements at this point. I've been involved with companies whose management will tell you everything is rosy until they break down and admit "alot of bad stuff has been building up over time and we've been too optimistic in our guidance."

Do most of the people on the thread find management to generally be "straight shooters" concerning business prospects and disclosure?
