For those followers of COMS who are disgruntled with both the stock price and the management of 3Com, I suggest you do a little research into another networking company, whose products are state of the art (having won 2 best of show awards recently), that is heavy into fiber optics, and whose stock sells at book value, down around 6 from highs in the last couple of years in the 30s...........MRV Communications, symbol MRVC. Talk about disgusted! Yet the bulls on this stock (I am one) hang on grittily, expecting good things when their new products begin to improve margins........ The SI board on this company is a blast.
