Stripped em, Killen did. Exposed TrashPoint for what it is, lots of smoke, not even mirrors, cause the reflection would expose em to the perpetual beta test that they are. The banks are afraid of Gates too many ways - they fear not dealing with him lest he come up with something big, and fear dealing with him cause he would love to bury them and have you bank with Microsoft instead. Well, now he is out on book-promo tours, its time for them to discover his puffery; he has shown constant self-absorption and only enough concern for customers to keep them buying. Track record for reliability and timeliness is close to zero; is that what they want when dealing with other people's money. Good luck to any bank with such little regard for its clients as to chose TP.

I'm having a frustrating time with AT&T and trying to view and pay my credit card bill on line. I finally got my access code with my statement this week after waiting for 2 billing cycles. I was anxious to get on line and pay my bill, but it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The last 2 nights I have continually timed out trying to get into the server. I recollect now so clearly Pete talking about the absolute need for dial tone quality. He hit it right on the head. I'm one of the early adopters and a real believer, but the last 2 days have tested my patience. If I was just any Joe trying to do this for the first time I probably would have given up by now and walked away thinking all the talk is just a bunch of hype, never to try it again.

AT&T needs to get their act together. They are going to leave a lot of people with bad taste in their mouth. Someone, tell me I'm the only one having this problem. Benny, don't you EBPP with AT&T?

Don (suffering from a toothache and not too happy about the world tonight)
