DRMD -- anyone know the reason that 10Q is a month late on this company? I'm finding 10Qs like clockwork until November 1998 with the last one due in February but no sign of it. Nor is there a press release with quarterly results anywhere I can find it. Plus (don't know if I'm reading too much into this, stop me if I am) the company profile on Yahoo says the company has $4,000 in cash and in the last quarter reported bled $7.1 million. COULD THEY HAVE HELD OFF ON THE 10Q HOPING TO GET FDA APPROVAL? I don't see any insider trading in January (nothing major, anyway). Anyone have access to recent 144s?
