NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - Lingering concern about the NATO air assaults on Serbia will likely pressure U.S. stocks early on Friday, but positive economic momentum could quickly spark a rebound, traders said.

The Dow Jones industrial average rallied on Thursday as strength in technology and financial stocks boosted Wall Street's confidence, calming fears about disappointing quarterly earnings reports.

''I don't see anything that can derail (the rally),'' unless the military action in Yugoslavia escalates, said Peter Cardillo, director of research at Westfalia Investments.
