What's the point of this chart? Preventing war in Europe? The last time I checked, Milosevic was not talking out loud about the need for "breathing room" or "lebensraum" across Europe. Within the borders of Yugoslavia is something else IMO, and I didn't start the discussion and the parallels between Hitler and the man. In some respects, Milosevic may be another Hitler in so far as his racial policies go, but militarily and politically Hitler operated on a much grander scheme than this guy is or hopes to. Hitler's goal was to create a MASTER RACE at the expense of the inferior ones and to do so continentally. He took advantage of the initial crack between Britain and France to achieve his goals whereas NATO remains fairly united in this action against Milosevic. The dynamics are far different.
