What if the company is losing large amounts of cash -- you can't believe when they say they were in the black in 1998 -- You need some audited financials from a reputable firm. What if there were millions of shares issued at .05 cents and will be unrestricted soon? I am vety long but w/o some financials it won't be too long. Did you know that there was a 144 filing the other day for 138,000 shares? Things like this mean something.
