Will the one time charge Irwin mentioned be offset by the payment for the infrastructure division or is it still a net charge. Why would Irwin characterize this as a one-time charge due to the agreements? Maurice, I did it again - In my last post I said "loose" when I meant "lose." Maybe now that the value of our portfolios more closely resemble their actual values, you will let it slide? And before I start a huge rant, I said "more closely resembles" not "resembles."
