Jeff: let's make some cold comparisons CSCO vs 3COMS:

Closing price: 107 7/16 23 3/4
IBES current est $1.472 $1.077
IBES next yr est $1.821 $1.278
earnings growth 23.7% 18.7%
P/E current 73X 22X
P/E next yr 59X 19X
P/Sales 17.2X 1.5X

Now, we can debate forever what kind of premium CSCO deserves over
3COMS given superior market leadership, earnings growth potential,
etc. The point is that the current premiums reflect a severe anomaly
which the market will correct, sooner more than later. We may also
argue that CSCO is overpriced and I tend to agree. But again, even
accounting for that the gap is way to big for the smart money not to
see an opportunity. I perceive lots of frustration in this thread
with 3COMS management but this doesn't prevent to see what is a reality: 3COMS is absurdly cheap. No wonder NOKIA and other are
salivating...
