Lonnie: Thanks for suggesting Jim join FSAAA. The information he needs to do just that is posted below. Jim, you do not have to feel alone and frustrated there is nothing you can do. The rights of the minority shareholder in most States, including Texas (where Firamada is incorporated) are very significant and FSAAA is doing all within its power to use those rights. FSAAA is growing very rapidly, e.g., Eight (8) more members have signed up today already (six sending checks and membership forms into Ponca City and two more signed up with me over the phone). What do you have to do? Simple, print out this message, fill out the FSAAA membership form, write out a check and mail them both to Cleve Powell's office. I guarantee you, you'll sleep a lot better tonight knowing you have done what you can do to stop the management nonsense going on at Firamada.
