I would not as far as to call him a liar but when he says there will be a news release tomorrow or at the close....it's usually weeks later or not at all. My experience.

LOLA, he is neither. He is only a conduit for information. Keep in mind that IR people are also those who are widely connected to many other investors and have a good ability to "promote" trading in the stock. But if there is no news from the company (overwhich IR has NO control) then IR cannot do its job of promoting! IR has taken a lot of unwarranted bashing over the past 3 years because of the lack of news when promised from the COMPANY!!! When the most recent run started, it stared because of a news release and IR promotions. Do we all forget the email that we received when the run up started? Well that was IR doing its job!!! JW
