Re the sale of Godin 25000
If I understand it he exercised his options. This means that he pays taxes on the difference between option price and the amount the stock was trading as if it was regular income (other than a % deduction)whether he sells it or not. It is only the difference between income from the date of exercise to the sell date that is included in Capital Gains. He is therefore better to exercise his option and sell it immediately and hold on to his free stock than to keep the option amount and pay tax on it.

I have been following this site and find it great. Would like to know if anyone differs from my opinion
