Absolutely. I think the company will definitely file complaint to SEC about the manipulation by these guys, and they will be sued for millions. DELL has been attacked by shorts throughout its rise over the last 5-10 years. The more the shorts attack, the stock tends to rise faster. It may go down in a short term. In the case of NSOL, it has gone down so much already. Any positive news from the company will force the shorts to cover and drive the stock higher. The company may just do that to counter the attack by the shorts.
