As I stated before, Spiros never did have my vote of confidence. I blame a great deal of the current share price woes on Spiros, and said at the time we first learned of his involvement in Sydeware Systems(?) that splitting his time between these companies was not in MIQ's best interest. Spiros' problems over at Sydeware were obviously administrative (the cease trade order relates to failure to file), and one has to wonder what sort of administrative problems he leaves behind at MIQ. In MHO, Mr. Laverdiere should be making sure that Spiros is removed from the Board of Directors ASAP.
