I'm not aware of any delay. The pre-announcement said earnings would be out the first week of April.

That's one hell of a lineup of 144s COOL has sitting out there: 3.5 million shares registered through them. Most of the 144s registered small amounts of shares and were filed by non-insiders (i.e., not by directors, partners, officers). It's hard to tell exactly how much small, non-insiders may or may not know about what's happening at COOL. A lot of these 144s probably are routine registrations in the wake of an IPO. It certainly looks to me like a lot of these shares have already been dumped. Take a look at the day of the auction announcement: more than 10 million shares traded, yet only a modest increase in share price. Any buying we've seen since hitting 20 15/16 yesterday has quickly been met with selling.

The way I look at it, we'll clear through this inventory sometime soon with a firm base at 19 and secondary support at 16. And we'll still be sitting on a stock with explosive potential and a 1.9 million share short interest (with a float of 7.5 million or so). There may be a terrible story behind those 144s; we can't entirely ignore the risk. But the downside risk from this point is probably only about 15-16, and COOL has proven upside explosiveness.
