Of course they had no idea that sales in the quarter would be so disappointing.

Bill, with all due respect, I must disagree with this statement. Accounting with these companies is a continual process. It would not be hard for anyone in a high level position in Corel to predict the success of the quarter. Given the fact that the 1st quarter for the past few years has shown lower revenues and getting updates on sales and projecting, it would not be difficult to make an educated buy or sell. It wouldn't necessarily be an exact prediction, but they would know if they were going to make a profit or not several weeks if not more before the quarter ends. I'm sure Corel execs. weren't buying at $7 or $8, but they knew to sell 250,000 shares. Are these more unexpected "life" expenses or debts that had to be paid by the head thief MC and his gang of thieves, or will they find some other shitty excuse to justify selling?

Regards, Wisam

>>How do they get away with it?<<
Using a combination of political oratory and religious ferver the snake oil salesman was able to draw a picture with words, and make the entire crowd believe in what he had to say.
