Sorta, There is always room for over-alloctment and H&Q bought 700K of it. But they also sold a bunch below 13 which was the offering price. I did try to get them to sell me some shares at 11 3/16 :>

Increasing the amount of IPO shares by half a million shares does not imply institutional buying. Looking at the intraday doesn't show any significant large buys. Number of trades indicates itsbeing driven by retail sales, not funds.
