Mike - Were you privy to the negotiations. If CDMA is used in any form Q is getting royalties.

As you undoubtedly know, I am an outsider, and I do not know what the royalty agreement is. I agree that Qualcomm will get royalties for W-CDMA, but royalties isn't where most of the money is especially since the rates are probably much less than they were for CDMAOne (remember that Qualcomm talked about their willingness to lower their royalty rates as long as it was accretive.). You need only look at the gross profit for the last quarter to see that.
