Did anyone see the picture of a Colt .45 and Teddy Bear on B1 of the WSJ today? Smith & Wesson now sells both.

I guess one could say they are loaded for bear.

Gary,

Oh, and Claude Hazan of C.E. Unterberg Towbin says that "high-performance microprocessors aren't selling well," specifically the PIII where the systems use about twice the memory as a Celeron-based system.

Now where is all that pent-up demand for P-III PC's the analysts were telling us about last month? Guess retail customers already spent their tax refunds and business customers haven't been notified yet that you have to buy Compaq PCs on the web.<G>

Gary, He is the first Street analyst to mention the correct price of 64 Mbit Dram at $8.25-$8.50. A report last week that it had "fallen to $9.01" was my chuckle of the week. They are getting $9.01 in their dreams. <g>
