BULLETIN: MS to meet with DOJ, states
Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT) will meet next Tuesday with the Justice Department and states, who are suing the software giant on antitrust charges, a state attorney general said. Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates said on Wednesday the company had made a settlement offer to the Justice Department and states, an offer described by some state attorneys general as inadequate.
