Ruthie, It is conceivable that the dissidents are acting legally and the courts will support their actions. That's mechanics to resolve disputes quickly when management works against shareholder interests, shareholders are the owners of public companies. <<return the proxies voting to keep the present management in place>> That may be prudent, it sure won't hurt IMO.
