$300 is pretty sizable. GNET will put it to work, but the issue is how and will it be accretive.

I don't want to see them blowing cash making acquisitions that the street can't quite understand.

And I wonder about the conflict of interest in GNET acquiring a company in which PA holds a significant interest, like TSCN so I have to wonder about the efficacy of buying that. Any ideas?
