There is no reason to assume Zitel to cave in and trade at zero until,

A) Zitel runs out of money and
B) Can no longer sell convertible bonds to generate
the cash that is being lost.

Since all shorts are sitting on unrealized gains the old motto
of "defer, defer and defer" one's tax bill comes into play.
