I got in (or requested an allocation) through Schwab. I think you need an account with a balance of at least $25,000 to be eligible.

WIT Capital and E-Trade also seem to be good ways to get in on IPO's, though I don't know if they have any CPTH available.

Hambrecht & Quist is the lead underwriter -- you can always try them.

If you currently own share of CPTH, how is that handled when it IPOs..
