Just for the record, I passed on shorting NSOL this morning. It doesn't fit my risk/reward profile at this time.

To all: I just read another the most current Report published in Yahoo under News section of NSOL. This report sounds doesn't lie, but at the same time, it does not give any importance to NSOL's already dominant position. This report says the database owned by NSOL can be transferred to any other authorized companies. However, I just cannot believe NSOL will just sit there and take it. If they want to continue their domination, they will probably use the time they have to get a lock on this business. For your information, I got in at 105.7 because I thought it was a bottom and presented an opportunity. Guess I was wrong, but I think NSOL will hold above 100. Hope NSOL comes out with some response.
