Kosovo I read some stories from the folks in Kosovo -moms, teenagers, factory workers, people at bus stops watching the missiles fly over. There is a great evil in what has been going on there, and the international community says its going to stop it. How one can use force to prevent ethnic hatred has yet to be determined, but perhaps we can stop the senseless slaughters and at least target Milosevic's lethality. The market seems to take that as immaterially as it did the Brazilian currency devaluation and the Central American ecological disasters. A 218 point drop and then a 100 point rise today. Advance/Decline line is still bearish. How will the market react? As always, out of fear and greed and in its own self interest. Its not a perfect world, but that much of it is predictable... lastshadow
