I agree to some extent. Think how little posting would be done if people couldn't post copyrighted material.

I didn't see the post, but posting a target price is common and typical by most brokerage houses. So why should any SI member who posts one be held to a different standard.

I'm sorry. I must not read the SI threads on which brokerage houses post their price targets. Which ones are they? I didn't even know the brokerage houses had accounts here.

I don't get it. Why do you think SI is in the wrong to pull a post by someone being investigated by the SEC when like posts are part of the behavior for which that person is being investigated? Like it or not the SEC is cracking down on stock manipulation on the Internet and if SI didn't pull the post after notification then they arguably could be liable, too. I don't like that part myself as SI had nothing to do with the post but legally that's still fuzzy.
