This company does NO PR!!!! I talked to someone that said they read a very long report on EDGAR about this company. The only reason I can think of that this company would be filing with the SEC would be because they were planning to move to a U.S. exchange. I am still looking for this filing and will post a link when I find it. Any help looking is welcome. :)

Hello Robert, I find these expected news items always take longer than expected, quite often legality, exchange or too many i's and t's to dot always take longer than we have patience for. The stock does trade thin, there is very few holders willing to sell at these prices and the stock is not known at all so few buyers. I think you would see a lot better volumes around $2.50 to $3.00 if some buyers come into the stock, otherwise you have to patiently peck away at these prices while it is trading here. Ron
