I just talked with the MRPS attorney about this matter of Rozzi again. I had previously talked with him about both the Russo and Rozzi matter (see post #3408). He is not a securites knowledgable attorney however and was not in position to tell me much about the whole matter. He does state that they originally tried to stop the sale of the February 270,000 Rozzi shares but were told that they couldn't do so from the transfer agent (there is some confusion whether those 270,000 were from MRPS - but if it was a 144 filing they must have been- right?). He promised to get me information ASAP re how many shares were originally given to both Russo and Rozzi and where they came from - authorized,restricted,outstanding,float etc. With that, we will at least know if there are more out there to be sold and whether it effects pe ratios.

Some DD info from Raging Bull.... boy some good folks there and some really rude @ssholes. Marlin and Edmundson of Nashville, TN are the accountants. But why I am answering your rudeness baffles me. MRPS may be a BB stock, but what company started at the top? The company has a unique product with varied applications and virtually no competition. Heck, I'm not looking at April, I'm looking at next year when this company has 15-20 different markets for these products. For those who doubt even the existence of this BB company, don't call Microphonics, they'll just sing to you. Call Jasper Engines and ask for the product. The Microphonic Automotive Diagnostic kit is in stock and retails for $450. If you don't believe Jasper, buy one, they'll ship it to you overnight. May be then you will believe. M.E. Well I just added to shareholder value and to real DD by purchasing an A07 unit from Jasper motors. I should recieve it within a week. I didn't get the overnight delivery. I probably should have but oh well. The guy I ordered from on the phone said he heard alot of good things about it and seen a demo of the unit. He said dome operations it works better than others, I didn't ask for specifics. It comes with a manual and instructional video and I have 30 days to return it if not satisfied.
