Conference call recap: NEGATIVES: Company admitted to possibility of weak first quarter results. Company stated that certain balance sheet items would be "reclassified" although results were not restated..Appears that Bob is playing with words. Company got very defensive in response to closure of hospitals and hung up on questioner. Company is now going deep into debt to make acquisitions. Company now forced to adopt more conservative acquisition methodology should put pressure on earnings POSITIVES 5 acquisitions in the hopper. Lots of weak willed shorts covered in panic CONCLUSION Upcoding stories still abound.....company seemed defensive and audit does not put these concerns to rest. Stock is fully valued and threat of revelation of possible billing violations could pummel stock back down.... Mr. Pink added to His short posittion and will add more if it rallies.
