A splendid day for the ever-faithful longs.

I look forward to hearing the details of the agreement and trust that you gentlemen will post them as they become available, if not before. ; )

P.S. Hey, how about faxing some of that free beer up here?

Sometimes when one knows that they have the "upper hand," and is obsessed with winning (and proving that the opponent was wrong), what ends up happening is : even though you (technically) "win" -- in reality you have lost.

Actually, I do have a fair amount of faith in Dr. J., but what I want to know was what caused the deal to be so much different from what we and he originally expected. What other expectations do we have that are wrong or where Qualcomm has been overly optimistic?

Meanwhile I wonder how things are hanging at ATT after Erricson joined the CDMA bandwagon? Is ATT going to continue to add to their capacity constrained TDMA network?
