Bruce, thanks for the response. If the Jackson's have not been properly served, how can a judge rule on a legal matter? Is it possible to get a default judgment that easily?

Aren't judgments (real ones that is) part of the public record? At this point I'd much prefer a source based on the public record, rather than some source "inside the company". After all this latter source keeps telling us that in a couple of days there will be a *press release* on some big deal. Credibility is stretched enough the way it is.
