Probably generally accepted. I think news of the actual cancellation of 63 million shares would (which is expected but hasn't been included in a release yet) would move it up more, and news of operational progress of the company signaling a turnaround would move the stock. I think these are expected very shortly, with a news release expected on Tuesday and a conference call shortly thereafter. Should be very positive the next few weeks.
