[On topic] WCAP as short
Hello DM et al:
I just looked at WCAP, reviewed Edgar filings, and trading versus COOL last 3 months. If WCAP has 5M+ shares issued, half that in the float, a minor number short as of last ancient report, and around say 1.6M shares COOL at around 20, then why is it trading at around 20? Did WCAP have another of their portfolio go nutso in an IPO? Recent months trading seems to track COOL now that the 180 day lockup is over. No 8-K filed for material events like an IPO--at least none that I could find on free Edgar. Isn't WCAP a worthy short? And I can get shares to short today, too!
Best regards,
m
