Not to be pedantic wally, you must have failed your English classes in elementary school.

By the way, everyone adult, and some circumstances, juveniles are personally responsible for their actions in a court of law.

waltertx,
I joined SI May 1,1998. I was looking to investments in company's and discuss the pro's and con's. Firamada was a company that was discussed very much at that time. The company stated that it was profitable, so looking at the information I bought.

I have supported the company and I have been disappointed with the company. I found it hard to accept that what I had been told by the company and read on SI was not true. At times I may make derogatory statements, but positive ones also.

Take all my posts from the first day and you will see the tale of an investor that invested in a supposed successful and growing company only to be told by the company... whoops, we didn't really mean that we were profitable... we mean someday we hope to be profitable. Oh, the share count issue, we will look into that. Oh, the State of Texas and a problem with the charter, we will look into that. Oh, a reverse stock split, we will have to talk to our atty. about that.

You said: " you are personally exposed for legal actions you should know that....also what will you say when you a deposed in houston...??????you have put out enough on the tread for evidence....

In my opinion you showed up on this thread (yes you misspelled it) last month with a mission of intimidating the average investor

Has anyone from the company told me that I am doing something wrong?
List any incorrect statements I have made that were not based on information from the company or discussing hearsay. This is an investment chat room for Firamada, what do you suggest we talk about.

Are you indicating that the company will not only take my initial investment loose 86% of value, but then do a 50-1 reverse split and take legal action against me too?

Let's add this up. I get $920 a month from the state since I was laid off from work. I pay my ex, including support for my 3 children $625 a month. My rent is $800. then there are the other normal expenses, job search, food etc. About the trip to Huston, I take for granted you pay for that, otherwise I must decide between skipping my rent or child support.

I am your worst nightmare, I am a regular guy that anyone in a jury box can relate to and I am the one who is at a loss here.

Best Wishes,
MM

WalterTX: Mr. Murphey is not going to be deposed in Houston based on what I know.

Are you informing the people on this thread (it's thread, not tread by the way) that Firamada has appeared before the Harris County Court and obtained signed subpoenas from the Judge to be issued to the six Plaintiffs? That's certainly not my understanding!

If not, then why do you say Mr. Murphey will be deposed? What are the legal grounds on which you make this statement?

With best regards to you

WalterTx: Your credibility on this thread is zero. If you have any hope of convincing people that your's is the right cause, I respectfully suggest to you that you need to do the following, if you have any chance of batting .001 or above:

1. Identify who you are.
2. Post your curriculum vitae so that readers can get a feel for your experience and background.
3. Identify your goals as far as Firamamda are concerned and why.
4. Explain why the company, although it has issued misleading/false press releases since at least early 1997, has the best interests of the shareholders in mind.
5. Share with us the information you have that shows this company is profitable on a consistent basis... and is not bankrupt!
6. Explain to us why you make the statement, "Mr Adam has never stated this company is profitable but that it will be in 1999." Everybody that reads this thread knows that your statement contradicts everything that they have read and heard.
7. Explain how as an investor representing a group with 20 people (the latest sign-ups being from FL) and owning over 10 million shares that paid somewhere between 40 and 50¢ you are happy about this deal with Firamada. A $4.2 million loss sounds like a world of hurt to me and I could not take enough Advil/Tylenol to convince me otherwise.

WalterTx: You have no credibility on this board. There is a very large group of people who post here who know what you don't know. We, who have posted here for the last 18 months, have had our differences in the past {Little Engine and Tonto with a group of naysayers on one side} and a larger group of believers {Malcolm Murphey being one, me another, Freddie Forte, Jin Chun, etc and many others}, but we have united under a common banner. The claims this company have made regarding financial performance during 1996, 1997 and 1998 have been misleading and frankly, blatently false. Many people, including me, bought FAMH stock believing all this information and they are very unhappy, correction very angry! Justifiably so!!! ..... and you have the temerity to call them on the carpet for their remarks!!

Walter, you can certainly continue to post on this "tread" but realize one thing, you, like Arif Adam, have no credibility here. Your threats etc. have no impact other than to strengthen the resolve of those who post here to see justice done.

I wish you well but I suggest you cease and desist from taking the Malcolm Murphys of this world to task. Malcolm has not harmed you in any way shape or form. His only mistake was buying into the Firamada fairytale (and LE and Tonto told us it was all to good to be true at the time). Now he is doing what he can to restore the >$100,000 in value that he has lost on this investment courtesy of your hero, not mine, Arif Adam.

Walter, it is not too late to admit that you have been wrong and join FSAAA. I guarantee you, you'll sleep better at night.

$4.2 million is a lot of money to lose!!!.. you just have $300,000 more to go. If you join FSAAA, you may get some of your $4.2 million back. Stick with AA and it's all over.

With best regards, LTBFV through FSAAA, Dick

Walter,

You have to be Arif in disguise. You cannot have been born an American. You have be an immigrant. You simply don't understand the American psyche.

You have no clue who Patrick Henry or Nathan Hale were, do you? Go study a US history book. Look up other terms, like "54-40 or fight!" and "Millions for defense, not one cent for tribute!"

The sad thing is that you are clueless about how you (Arif) have passed the point of no return.
