You are right, this was one of the least hyped up news releases coyote has done. They didn't exactly trumpet their bad news, but they included it in a fairly straightforward manner.

It's not too often that you see a nasdaq co. that hypes like crazy suddenly become reasonable and report bad news in a fairly matter of fact way.

The only other recent example I can think of is TRBD, which had issued a stream of highly misleading newsreleases, then stopped trading while under a nazdaq investigation. Their news releases suddenly became sparse, and when they came out they were matter of fact, had disclosure language similar to what you got in their filings, and had no hype.

CYOE is also under nasdaq investigation and SEC too, for reasons fairly similar to TRBD. I wonder if the investigations finally got the attention of mgmt. and got them to turn the hype down.
