Alan had left already and they were not sure that he would be back today. Was picking up someone at the airport.....sounded like a meeting was planned for tonight. Bud knew very little, nor could he say much. I waited for Myles and finally spoke to him. The financials were not correct from the accountant, which has been mentioned before. They have been sent back and will be back in MRPS' hands "any day".....probably the next day or two. Alan is very new and was described as the CFO. According to Myles, particularly with the first mistakes two the financials, Alan is going to "go over them with a fine tooth comb". Thereafter they will be released. Thus there is a delay but I feel better now. I don't believe that it is a credibility thing. They want to make sure that they are right and give Alan the chance to do his CFO duties. It seems very reasonable. I don't thing that we are purposely getting jerked around. Myles went on to say that he could not understand why we were concerned about "old" financials when it is really what is going on now and in the future that will make the difference. I agreed, particularly knowing that everyone is more interest in what is to come than what has already blown by. I discuss, at length, the importance of credibility. He understood. I asked Him to share that important concept with Alan and he said he would. Myles said that within the next two weeks they will definitely release information about current contracts, units and revenue for 1999. As to projections: In Myles HO, projections will not happen. They can not risk name getting out. They have already had some potential purchasers be inundated by calls about their potential purchase from MRPS and the potential clients don't like it one bit!! Myles correlates projections with speculation and MRPS will not issue information in that regard. He said, they "don't want to hype" things. In the end, Myles said, "this is going to go way past a Bullletin Board stock if we just let it do what it's doing". You be the judge. Regarding MY credibility..... .... I'm the only one that knows, but I will tell you that you can believe every word that you just read, unless Myles was pulling my leg. If so, he's a great actor. Please forgive any misspellings.
