I looked into the CNN site, and found these comments from Bob Dole:"Former Republican Sen. Bob Dole, who has served Clinton as an envoy in the Yugoslav crisis, also stressed that the United States and NATO must prepare for a long campaign. If Yugoslavia refuses to yield, Dole told ABC News via the telephone, "I think we continue, we make it more intense," and he added that ground forces "have to be somewhere on the table" if airstrikes don't work.
