There would be a charge for sale of infrastructure division if Qcom got less than its investment, doesn't matter if got stock (I don't think so) or cash or payments over time through a higher royalty rate to pay the price.

BTW, today was the highest volume day ever. If memory serves, we had one or two 7 million share days.
