("UBS-V") - Issuance of Bonus Shares Stephen Rosen, Director of Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. (the "Company") announces that, subject to regulatory approval, the Company has issued bonus shares to Alex Dolgonos and Stephen Rosen, directors of the Company. Mr. Rosen has guaranteed bank loans to the Company totalling $200,000 and Mr. Dolgonos has guaranteed bank loans to the Company totalling $523,340 (the "Guarantees"). The bonus shares are being issued in consideration for the Guarantees. The Company will issue 402,569 bonus shares to Mr. Dolgonos and 153,846 bonus shares to Mr. Rosen, at a deemed price of $0.26.
