Sheri, I know someone else with the same problem. He plans to stop payment on his credit card if he doesn't get his password soon. It doesn't seem right that Tokyo Joe can charge to your credit card and then wait over a week to give you a password. If membership starts the first of the month, Tokyo Joe should make this clear. If there is a week delay, he should also make this clear. Maybe it is because of the investigation. Richard
