Zeev, the filings say more than simply "we are not ready yet," they say they haven't even sent out commercial samples yet. I agree that it is probably not any violation of SEC rules to be overly pessimistic in your filings, so maybe that is the case. I simply wish the filings were accurate, so that I can make the most informed choice as to whether to invest or not. If they are sending out commercial samples, I wish they would say so. Bottom line for me is that the SEC filings have been accurate so far and we have seen similar false alarms on the market action. Does that mean the SEC filings are still accurate now and this is another false alarm? Beats me. However I certainly wouldn't want to be caught short and find out that this time is different <VBG>.
