Sorry I have to disagree with you on this example. CBSC did a reverse split to go into a reverse merger. A new company was formed (ticker symbol GBDI) which IPO'd at $2 on Wednesday. You are comparing apples and bananas. GBDI also has an excellent stock promoter behind it - he is one of the best I have seen. I have gone through so many reverse splits and at least 95% of them have been total disasters. LTGL, AETI are my most recent ones. OUCH!!!
