Hi Stephen,

What I was looking at was their selling through the day in advance of the 1.2 million share block (their sole cross for the day). In total, they ended the day with $90,360 more in the sell column than they bought.

Are big block cross-trades bullish or bearish? Unless you know on whose behalf the crossing broker is acting, I don't think it's possible to know. However, when the crossing broker prefaces their block trade by unloading stock in advance, I think that's a bearish signal.

I'm no expert in the mechanics of these kinds of trades, so let me know if you think I am way off base on this.

Thomas
