Hi,

I'm really swamped with a number of other issues.... so, I haven't been following this one very closely. It just seemed real interesting, so I started the thread and figured somebody like you would pick up the ball and run with it.

I forget who pointed it out to me, but it was intriguing at the time. Dig into it, and post what you find, okay.

Have a great day.

John :-)

It would seem from the 8k that the reverse will occur BEFORE the issuance of the shares for the acquisition.

If there are 10.3 mm shares now, after the reverse there will be approximately 1.3 mm. They issue the 20.75 mm to AEI and that will represent 94% of the shares outstanding.
