Not so Dr. Read the information that's a fact. Preferd shares are converted at $1.00

and there are 4,702,950 of them. with a 4 to 1 conversion. So what's your point?

<<Hard to say in percentages but the structure is this :MDIN has about 57 M common shares NPEC owns 4,702,950 prefered shares of MDIN which will be converted to 18,831,800 common shares MDIN has a total of about 10M preferd shares. So NPEC ownes approximately 20% of MDIN.<<

Like I said that is not true! First of all who is to make a statement that they will convert. Second is what is the cost to convert? is it there NO! Last the total of issued shares of MDIN is not YES IS NOT 57,000,000 shares!

Now tell me I'm Wrong!!!!!! Do some DD first Dr. Meds
