This whole thing was manipulated by the shorts in my opinion.

Where does anyone with half a brain think this puppy is headed?

95% Institutional Ownership
Large Short Position
Better than expected earnings
Very, very low P/E
Upgrades probably coming from every side.

I expect 75 by October.
