Hi Mike,

I have been watching PCOP for some time...actually the past two years or so. Funny, the company turns the corner to profitibility and it is trading at a relative low. Go figure. Actually I placed an order at the end of the day yesterday to pick some up at close to seven. I canceled because I then saw the news release and I knew the markets would react with uncertainty. Especially when someone exited the day before for 80,000 shares or so.

I won't be too surprised if you can get PCOP in the low sixes again. Also I understand a large shareholder may have been reducing their position for some time. I would watch this situation more closely. I went Golfing so I couldn't monitor how far it would drop. So another one slips away. I also noted TGEN traded down over the past five days. Looks like the M&M's took it down to satisfy a block transaction. Curious. Golfing is becoming an expensive hobby. I should no better. Save the Golf for the weekends.

PS: Looks like the sector is continuing down. I am looking to buy some real bargains in Summer. Those companies loaded to exploit the markets with news in the fall should do well for the second shoulder of the market. Then look out YK-2 here we come...and ya thought last fall was a treat...wait till the fall of 2,000... : )

BEST WISHES
JEFFREY

Thanks, Mike. There are lots of downward marches on low volume of late. It looks, to me, as though a fund is bleeding shares out, trying to minimize the damage, but doing damage nonetheless.

Were you into biotech when Amerindo's wizards got the fund into trouble?
