The stock may sit tight until we see some proof of a functioning FPD prototype.ADOT has refered to the "prototypes" throughout their filings. If they had a working one I'm sure that they would issue a press release so they could validate their technology.I doubt customer #1 is going to get the first FPD delivered without testing.So since we have not heard about a functioning FPD from ADOT, I'm assuming that they do not have one.I'm not sure that can produce one...time drags on and they are getting further behind.
